The items covered by the warranty: 1- Sagging of 4 cm from its original height. 2- Manufacturing defect in the zipper and wires such as breakage. 3- Wires or zipper coming out of the mattress layers. 4- Stitch unraveling. Items not covered by the warranty: 1- Loss of the original invoice. 2- Improper transportation of the mattress causing warping or damage. 3- Natural sagging less than 4 cm from its original height. 4- Fabric issues such as color changes, staining, burning, or liquid spills. 5- Hands, as they are used only to rotate and adjust the position of the mattress and may be removed from its place due to improper use. 6- Using the mattresses for purposes other than intended, such as jumping on them or sitting permanently in one spot. 7- Zipper failure when using beds not designated or suitable for the mattress. 8- Poor storage or folding of the mattress. Return or exchange conditions: Products of the Saudi Light Industries Company mattresses can be returned or exchanged within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of purchase. 1- The size must be standard. 2- The original invoice must be present. 3- The product must be in the same condition as received and in the packaging of the Saudi Light Industries Company. Repair or replacement period: 1- The warranty covers free repair or replacement of damaged parts in case of a manufacturing defect, but it does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value. 2- The repair or replacement period is within 3 working days. Conditions for repair with a financial charge: 1- The financial value is estimated after inspecting the mattress. 2- The fabric and some internal padding parts of the mattress can be changed. 3- The mattress must be from the products of the Saudi Light Industries Company.
